YOGA-BEGINNER: Beginner classes teach basic postures and breathwork that
will help beginner's strengthen and stretch the body. Students will also
be taught ways to clear their mind and maintain focus on the present moment. |

YOGA-ALL LEVELS (MODERATE): This class if for those who have been practicing for a while.
Some advanced postures will be taught with longer holdings.
Students are asked to move at their own pace, and honor the level they are at. While still honoring safety and alignment,
students continuously move through posture flows at their own pace, working on strength, stamina and flexibility, while
continuing to honor the body and remain present minded. |

PHYSIO BALL: Explore new ways of strengthening and stretching the body while
having fun on the ball. Students will work with a variety of postures and movements
that will benefit the entire body. All levels welcome. Physio balls provided. |

PILATES: Pilates like Yoga is a mind-body exercise which can yield
better overall health. The emphasis of Pilates is toning & strengthening
the midsection as well as balancing opposing muscles of the torso and the
limbs. Stott Pilates is based on the principles set by Joseph H. Pilates
(1880-1967) and incorporates modern exercise science & emphasizes neutral
